The rules of the road, stated plainly.
Medical screening
Every client completes a health history before treatment, and every treatment is preceded by a good-faith medical evaluation. We reserve the right to decline treatment when it would be unsafe or outside an approved indication. Declining is not a judgment — it's the job.
Cancellation & no-shows
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, incurs a $75 fee, because the window was held and the travel was committed. If something genuinely urgent happens, tell us — we're reasonable.
Late arrival
We hold the appointment window for 15 minutes past the scheduled start. Beyond that we may need to reschedule, as the next client is expecting us.
Deposits
A deposit may be required for group bookings, event bookings, and Milwaukee travel dates. Deposits are applied to your balance and are refundable under the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Pricing & payment
Published prices are current but may change. You will always be quoted the full price before treatment begins and may decline at that point at no charge. Payment is due at the appointment. We do not bill insurance for any service.
Results & refunds
Aesthetic medicine cannot guarantee outcomes, and no result is promised. We do not refund treatments that were properly performed. What we do instead: neuromodulator clients get a complimentary assessment at two weeks, and if an area needs a small adjustment within that window we'll correct it at no charge. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if you are unhappy with the result, at the published dissolver price.
Aftercare
Written aftercare is provided at every appointment, and Drew is reachable by text afterwards. Following aftercare instructions materially affects your result and your risk of complications.
Complications
Adverse events are rare but real. Reversal agents are carried to every appointment. Vision changes, severe or escalating pain, skin that turns white, grey, or dusky, or difficulty breathing after a treatment are emergencies — call 911 first, then call us.
Photography
Before-and-after photographs are part of your clinical record. They are never used publicly without your separate, written, specific consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Minors
We do not provide cosmetic injectable treatment to anyone under 18.
